Technical Visit to Mauri Maya by Students from our Food Quality Control and Analysis Program

A technical field trip was organized for the 2^nd year students of our Vocational School's Food Quality Control and Analysis Program to visit Mauri Maya Sanayi A.Ş. The students were accompanied by faculty members from the Food Processing Department, Dr. Adem Kabasakal and Dr. Ülkü Çetin. Detailed information was provided on production processes, quality control, and food safety practices.
